Role Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Client Services Officer will support the team and the broader business with a range of administrative and client-facing tasks. This role is integral to maintaining high service standards and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Services Support: Assist in delivering client services, including onboarding, offboarding, task scheduling, and invoice management.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support including document scanning, filing, and mail management.
  • Finance Assistance: Aid in preparing tax compliance calendars, lodging documents with the ATO, and managing ATO communications.
  • Corporate Secretarial Support: Help with ABN registrations, ASIC lodgements, and trust account management.
  • CRM and Systems Management: Update and maintain CRM and other systems (Airtable, Front, ASANA).
  • Office Administration: Organise internal gatherings, manage document execution, and support client communications

Candidate Profile:
As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have professional experience in accounting, consulting, or a similar field, with a strong background in data entry and administrative support. You should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while working under pressure. Proficiency in technology and systems, such as Xero, MS Office, Asana, and Airtable, is advantageous. The role requires an autonomous work style, a focus on continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies
