Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of transition and growth. This includes managing day-to-day business-as-usual tasks, while also helping establish and improve reporting processes. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to structure and report on budgeting and forecasting plans, as well as working alongside finance leadership to implement processes and systems that ensure strong internal operations
Responsibilities
As the Interim Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and present results to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, manage costs, and track budget performance.
- Implement financial controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage financial risks.
- Lead the finance team, collaborate with other departments, and align financial goals with business objectives.
- Support financial systems, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis for special projects and support strategic planning initiatives.
Candidate Profile
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, curious and someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty!
You will need to have:
- Degree in Finance and Accounting
- CA/ CPA qualification
- Immediately Availability
- Experience as Finance Manager
