Salary: $60k - $70k + Super

Role Overview
Step into the heart of this bustling manufacturing business as the friendly face at reception!
You'll interact with customers, support production teams with admin tasks, and become a vital part of a dynamic team where attention to detail and a can-do attitude shine.
Key Duties Include:
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as required.
- Greet customers and suppliers with a warm, professional manner.
- Print and organize production tags and schedules.
- Process EFTPOS payments and handle customer purchase orders.
- Manage and scan client paperwork, ensuring all files are correctly saved.
- Assist with customer quotes and liaise with transport providers for delivery dockets.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform general office tasks, including mail distribution, stock orders, and maintaining storeroom cleanliness.
Candidate Profile

This role is perfect for someone with great communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for delivering excellent customer service.
You might currently work in retail, fast food, or hospitality and are looking to transition into an administrative, customer service-focused role.
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Enjoys being busy in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, bubbly personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Driver's Licence/own transport (public transport is not available)
