Role Overview
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be joining a large team and reporting to the Shared Services Manager. You will be responsible for uploading and sending invoices to suppliers and onboarding new/ maintaining existing accounts. You will do this with accurate and efficient data entry using Oracle and intermediate Excel. Your extensive accounts receivable skills will see you make this role your own, will training and development available. This is a 12-week contract role with possible extension.



Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 600 customers
• Collect and manage overdue accounts
• Send and upload supplier invoices
• Onboard and maintain customer accounts
• Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Data entry
• Customer Service
• Build and Maintain Customer relationships

Candidate Profile
This experienced Accounts Receivable Officer will ideally be immediately available have experience in logistics & Supply chain or a similar industry where you are conformable with a high volume end to end AR function. You have an extensive understanding of Accounts Receivable duties and procedures. You can confidently use Oracle and Excel. Your precise and accurate data entry skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly will ensure your success in this role. This Accounts Receivable Officer takes initiative and will contribute greatly to a high-performing, close-knit team.
