Role Overview
Due to growth, this manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their team  located near Penrith.

Reporting to the Office Manager and working within a small team of 4 you will be trained in all aspects of the role. This would suit someone who is looking to advance their career, having some basic accounting knowledge in accounts payable and receivable (AP,AR), with administration skills, such as basic data entry.

Key Duties Include:

  • Ordering & Processing invoices for Stationery & Adhoc
  • Banking including going to the bank when needed
  • Re-stock / Order kitchen/bathroom supplies as required
  • Checking schedules and dockets prior to invoicing
  • Generate invoices/credits
  • Manage general debtor enquiries via phone or email
  • Filing and archiving monthly invoices
  • Monitor AR inbox
  • Check Invoice Daily Report.
  • Assist Sales & Customer Service Team where required.

Candidate Profile

You are keen to learn, friendly, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills and a passion for accounting and administration. Someone who possess accurate data entry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Entry Level experience with AP and/or AR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills and time management
  • A friendly & 'can do' attitude to fit in with the rest of the team
  • Driver's Licence/own transport (public transport is limited)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Any prior experience in administration and accounts (AP/AR) would be ideal, however, we are more interested in how you communicate, your willingness to learn and your genuine interest in building a career.
