Role Overview:

As the Organisational Change Manager, you will take a lead role in designing and executing change management strategies across the business. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes for technology transformation projects, improving how systems and processes are managed. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for modernising ways of working, ensuring data compliance, and driving the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

This role plays a pivotal part in the company’s digital transformation, enabling teams to embrace new technologies and improve overall efficiency. You will be a key player in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement organisation-wide change management strategies
  • Drive the adoption of new technology tools and digital processes
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and governance align with current regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of digital literacy and modernised work practices
  • Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency and streamline operations
  • Support teams through change by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder buy-in
  • Monitor progress and adjust change management strategies as needed

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing organisational change within a technology transformation context. You will have successfully led significant projects focused on modernising processes and systems in a corporate environment. A strong understanding of change management principles and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

In addition, you should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and fostering a positive, adaptable work culture. The ability to lead teams through complex changes while maintaining a focus on long-term sustainability will be essential.
