Role Overview
As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a high performing customer service and admin team within a global manufacturing company. Your strategic leadership, operation expertise, and commitment to service excellence will be vital in optimising processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of services across multiple functions. 

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure timely resolution of administrative tasks and customer service inquires, and maintain a high standard of service across all touchpoints. Your ability to inspire and motivate your teams, foster cross functional collaboration, and manage escalations will be essential in exceeding expectations and delivering results. This Admin Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders, all while enhancing operation efficient and elevating service standards. 

Responsibilities 
•    Lead and supervise a local team of customer service professionals handling phone, email, and live chat inquiries related to products
•    Develop and execute innovative customer service strategies aimed at enhancing satisfaction, retention and engagement
•    Identify opportunities to optimise and automate customer service workflow, improving efficiency and response times 
•    Leverage customer feedback and insights to help position the brand as a standout brand
•     Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge 
•    Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourage continuous improvement, accountability and a high employee engagement 
•    Oversee the daily operations of both customer service team and administrative functions, ensuring efficient processes and timely completion of tasks 
•    Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination 
•    Manage and resolve escalated customer service issues and complex administrative challenges with professionalism 
•    Ensure timely follow up and resolution of all outstanding issues to minimise disruption and maximise customer satisfaction 
•    Serve as a point of contact for all critical issues and act as a problem solver to maintain operational continuity 

Candidate Profile 
You are an experience Admin Manager with 10+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong background in financials, stakeholder management, administration and staff leadership. Your hands on experience and ability to lead with confidence and competence makes you an excellent communicator and a key driver of team performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where clear communication and operational efficient are essential. 

With a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics, you bring a practical approach to managing customer service and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. Your ability to adapt to different systems and technologies ensures smooth integration and optimisation of processes, while your strong analytical skills allow you to manage financials and improve cost efficiency effectively. 

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where professionalism and a proactive approach is highly valued. Your expertise in staff management, process improvement and cross functional collaboration enables you to lead teams with focus, drive results, and foster a positive work culture.
