Role Overview:

Working within the Business Process & System Integration function, this leadership role is responsible for crafting and executing the automation roadmap across APAC. The successful candidate will lead a seasoned team of senior RPA developers to deliver scalable automation and data-driven insights that drive efficiency across finance and enterprise operations. You’ll guide projects through all stages—from opportunity identification to deployment and post-implementation support.

Day-to-day, you will oversee the automation lifecycle, serve as design authority, and ensure governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and security standards are upheld. You’ll bring a strong grasp of automation architecture and work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations to align strategic priorities. This is a role that demands both big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership.

Your work will directly impact the digital transformation efforts of a global organisation by introducing emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the automation and data analytics strategy across the APAC region
• Lead a team of experienced RPA developers, fostering innovation and technical excellence
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across finance and business operations
• Oversee project design, governance, and QA processes to maintain delivery standards
• Act as subject matter expert and design authority for RPA architecture and practices
• Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into broader business workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to align with enterprise strategy
• Support stakeholder engagement through effective communication and reporting frameworks

Candidate Profile:

You are a strategic leader with proven success in driving automation and continuous improvement at an enterprise level. You bring solid hands-on experience with Blue Prism and understand the broader automation ecosystem including AI, machine learning, workflow platforms, and data analytics. You’ve led high-performing teams and can balance visionary leadership with technical execution.

In addition to your technical skills, you have the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Your communication style is clear and impactful, and you can translate complex technical concepts into business value. You’ve worked within Agile frameworks and are confident in your ability to develop operating models that scale across regions.
