Role Overview

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, this Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer have a positive experience by addressing enquiries and keeping customers up to date. On a monthly basis, you will provide carry out daily customer service activities, provide business partners and customers with information and build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. On a weekly basis, you will ensure you are delivering against KPI’s and actively contributing to both the customers and the internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.

This role will give you the opportunity to have a lasting effect on the reputation of the business as you actively build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and become a glowing representative for the business. Responsibilities

  • Support managers with daily operations – Assist the Customer Service Manager and Service Manager with admin tasks, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer interactions – Manage calls, respond to inquiries, and process both sales and service orders efficiently.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries – Use internal tools to monitor order progress and make sure customers get what they need when they need it.
  • Coordinate with internal teams – Work closely with logistics, finance, and production to solve issues and keep orders moving.
  • Provide product and service info – Share brochures, catalogues, and service details with customers and partners as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships – Build trust with customers and internal teams through clear communication and reliable service.
  • Help meet team goals – Contribute to team KPIs and suggest improvements to keep raising the bar on service quality.
  • Be a team player – Take on extra tasks when needed and join team discussions to share feedback and ideas.
