Role Overview
As the first point of contact, you’ll handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. This temporary role offers an immediate start with a rotating roster, including some weekends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick, professional resolutions.

You'll support customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment. Your multitasking skills and service focus will be key, along with contributing to process improvements and accurate CRM updates.
Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve order, delivery, and product issues promptly
  • Liaise with logistics and operations on fulfilment challenges
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
  • Share feedback to enhance service processes
  • Escalate complex issues when required

 

Candidate Profile
You have 2–3 years experience in a busy customer service or call centre role, ideally in FMCG or E-commerce. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving. You’re confident using CRM and ticketing systems and value collaboration and exceptional service.
