Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director, you will manage the membership lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation. On a daily basis, you will interact directly with members, resolve queries, and provide a seamless experience. Weekly and monthly responsibilities include managing CRM campaigns, tracking membership metrics, and delivering insights to optimise engagement strategies.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, providing opportunities to influence key membership initiatives. You will lead campaigns, enhance processes, and work collaboratively to strengthen relationships, grow membership, and improve retention, all while shaping the organisation’s overall engagement strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of membership performance, monitoring engagement, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise membership activation and reactivation campaigns to drive measurable results.
  • Maintain and enhance the membership database, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and actionable insights.
  • Analyse membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; translate insights into strategies.
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences by responding to queries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across events, marketing, and operations to support member acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and implement year-round communication and engagement calendars to maximise participation and retention.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on membership growth, campaign effectiveness, and engagement outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance the overall member experience.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 2–5 years’ experience in membership management and CRM-driven campaigns. You will have a proven ability to leverage data to drive engagement, retention, and growth within membership-focused organisations, such as clubs, associations, or membership services.

You are highly analytical, able to interpret membership data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong customer service and engagement skills are essential, with frequent direct interaction with members via phone, email, and in-person.
