Role Overview
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will manage and expand the NSW reseller network. On a daily basis, you will engage with resellers, provide technical sales support, and identify new opportunities. Weekly, you’ll be on the road building relationships, presenting tailored product solutions, and supporting resellers with product selection and system design.This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll directly shape the region’s growth. You’ll strengthen existing relationships, establish new reseller partnerships, and act as the technical expert in the field. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing reseller relationships across NSW, providing ongoing support and technical guidance.
- Identify and secure new reseller opportunities, driving sales growth through proactive outreach and solution selling.
- Support customers with technical product selection, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies in alignment with national goals.
- Drive opportunity expansion within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, reinforcing culture and values in every interaction.
- Provide regular market feedback to the leadership team to inform product and strategy development.
- Proactively review key risks and opportunities across the business and engage your business partners in supporting the tactical execution of initiatives to close gaps, mitigate risks and leverage opportunities
