Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role manages the systems and data foundations that keep the business operating smoothly. You will refine and improve monday.com boards, workflows, automations and user processes, ensuring the platform supports sales, production, inventory and operational teams effectively. You will also work with the ERP to support accurate data flows into reporting and operational processes. You will assist reporting cycles by preparing Power BI dashboards and ensuring clean, reliable data feeds into financial and operational insights. Day to day, you will resolve system issues, document procedures and maintain efficient data flows across all departments.

Your contribution will directly influence planning, forecasting and visibility across the organisation. By strengthening monday.com usage, improving system setups and uplifting reporting consistency, you will streamline operations and support leadership with timely information. This is a hands-on role focused on stabilising and improving the company’s digital workflow environment.

In addition, you will take a continuous improvement approach to how monday.com and related systems are used, identifying opportunities to remove manual work and improve end to end processes. You will also contribute to early-stage AI supported enhancements, workflow optimisation and the evolution of reporting structures as the business continues its digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and manage monday.com as the primary workflow, CRM and sales support platform
• Maintain system logic, automations and integrations across monday.com, inventory and sales tools
• Work with developers to improve production, POS and stock movement processes
• Liaise with external IT partners to resolve system issues and maintain stability
• Simplify processes to reduce manual work and strengthen data accuracy
• Produce clear documentation and training material for internal teams
• Build AI driven workflows in monday.com for follow ups, alerts and task routing
• Support consistent use of systems and processes across all teams
• Assist Finance in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Ensure accurate data flows into financial and operational reporting
• Maintain data pipelines between internal systems, monday.com, Shopify and Xero

Candidate Profile

You are a systems focused analyst with hands on experience managing and enhancing monday.com environments, along with some exposure to ERP or operational systems. You enjoy improving workflows, simplifying processes and ensuring operational data is accurate and reliable. You take a structured and practical approach to system upkeep, user support and cross functional problem solving.

You are confident working with monday.com day to day, adjusting boards, building automations and helping teams use the platform effectively. You are also comfortable using Power BI to turn raw information into innovative, meaningful dashboards. Detail oriented and adaptable, you work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate in a calm, clear manner.

You thrive in roles where you can refine systems, reduce manual work and introduce better ways of operating. You are proactive, curious about emerging tools including AI assisted workflows, and motivated by helping a business mature its digital foundations.
