Salary Package: $40ph - $45ph + Super

Role Highlights: Exciting opportunity for an available accounts payable officer who has experience working on oracle systems, and is comfortable processing high number of invoices, to work for a global logistics and supply chain business.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for someone to join for an 8 week period within the Accounts Payable team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting a high-volume AP function, processing approximately 100 invoices per day. You’ll be joining a collaborative finance team and will need to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices (approx. 100 per day)
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices accurately
• Managing invoice queries and liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensuring invoices are processed in line with policies and deadlines
• Supporting payment runs and general AP administration
• Assisting with month-end tasks where required

Candidate Profile
You’re confident stepping into a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment and enjoy working with volume and deadlines. You pick up new systems and processes quickly, communicate clearly with both internal teams and suppliers, and take pride in getting things right the first time. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy, time-sensitive role.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume Accounts Payable roles
• Strong hands-on experience using Oracle (essential)
• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Fast learner who can quickly pick up systems and processes
• High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Comfortable working in a busy, time-sensitive environment
