Location: Marsden Park Area, Western Sydney   
Salary:  $70k - $80k + Super

Role Overview

I’ve partnered with a well-established manufacturing business with a solid reputation and well known products. The site itself operates as a tight-knit team of less than 50 people.

This role sits right in the centre of daily operations. You’ll coordinate dispatch, manage transport movements and supervise a small team across the yard and fleet.

It’s ideal for someone ready to move beyond coordination and step into genuine frontline leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch and transport movements
• Supervise forklift operators and truck drivers
• Communicate with drivers, production and customer teams
• Ensure orders leave safely, accurately and on time
• Maintain Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety standards
• Improve yard flow, stock accuracy and processes
• Support broader site operations when required

Candidate Profile 

This role will suit someone currently working as a:

• Dispatch Coordinator
• Transport Coordinator
• Warehouse or Yard Team Leader
• Leading Hand or Senior Operator

…who is already taking on the responsibility and ready for the next step.

You enjoy being in the yard, solving problems in real time and working closely with truck drivers, operations & production teams. 
You want to learn more than just dispatch. You want exposure to how an entire site operates.
Strong communication, ownership and attitude matter more than industry background. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in dispatch, logistics or transport operations
• Some leadership or supervisory exposure
• Confidence communicating with drivers and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and systems capability
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Drivers licence & own transport (public transport not available)

• Full-time permanent role. No Weekends. No shift work.
