Role Highlights
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role sits at the centre of financial decision support across the organisation. You will work closely with Senior and Program Managers, providing financial insight, supporting budget performance, and lifting financial capability across the business.
This is a hands-on partnering role, balancing reporting, forecasting and analysis with stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in improving financial performance, strengthening processes, and supporting operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
• Partner with Senior and Program Managers to provide financial advice, insights and performance support
• Deliver monthly reporting, including analysis of actuals, variance and forecast
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across assigned programs
• Provide financial modelling and analysis to support operational decision-making
• Monitor revenue, cost performance and internal controls across business units
• Support compliance with funding requirements, contracts and reporting obligations
• Improve financial processes, systems and reporting frameworks
• Build financial capability across stakeholders through coaching and support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations
• Provide oversight and support to a Finance Officer
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• CA or CPA qualification
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accounting role
• Strong capability across budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting
• Ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders
• Experience working within complex or multi-program environments
Highly regarded:
• Exposure to not-for-profit, or grant-funded environments
• Experience with financial modelling and systems improvement
You will bring a practical, hands-on approach, with the ability to balance detail with commercial insight. Just as importantly, you are comfortable working closely with operational stakeholders and adding value beyond the numbers.
