Salary Package: $140,000 - $150,000 + Super

Role highlights: Own the Finance activities for a $25 million site

Role Overview

Reo Group are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a well-established manufacturing site of an ASX listed business. This role will see you own the reporting and business partnering activities within a circa $25 million AUD business unit.

This is an urgently required hire due to an imminent departure in the business and this role will report into a very strong Head of Finance. The purpose of the role is to manage the Finance function at site and provide Senior Leaders with timely and accurate information. Someone who has a rounded Accounting skillset and possesses good communication skills will be a success in this role.   

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Month End close activities for site
• Preparation of the Monthly reporting pack for submission to Group
• Budgeting / Forecasting
• Project Accounting – including Revenue Recognition and Expense Reporting
• Oversee 1 Site Accountant

Candidate Profile

Being either a CPA or CA qualified you are currently likely sitting in either an existing Finance Manager role and seeking a role with a new challenge or an ambitious Senior Management Accountant who is seeking a step up. You have a strong rounded background, developed through undertaking hands-on roles and are seeking to develop the next stage of your career. You have good Finance systems skills including use of a large ERP and a forward- thinking outlook.
