Role overview
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, the Affiliates & Partnerships Lead will take full ownership of the affiliate and partnerships strategy. Day to day you will manage key affiliate platforms, optimise campaign performance and develop partner relationships across content, cashback, loyalty and co-marketing channels. On a weekly basis, you will collaborate with trading and paid digital teams to ensure affiliate activity is commercially aligned and integrated within the broader digital channel mix.
This is an analytically driven role sitting at the intersection of data, partnerships and digital growth. You will be responsible for building measurement frameworks, tracking incrementality and attribution, and translating performance insights into clear, actionable strategies that influence senior decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the affiliate and partnerships strategy
- Manage the full program lifecycle — partner recruitment, onboarding, optimisation, negotiation and retention
- Identify and activate new partnership opportunities across content, cashback, loyalty and strategic co-marketing
- Own program reporting and performance analysis, delivering regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop measurement frameworks to accurately track affiliate contribution, including incrementality, attribution and last-click vs. assisted revenue
- Work closely with trading teams to align affiliate activity with promotional calendars and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with paid digital teams to ensure channel integration and avoid cannibalisation
Candidate profile
You bring 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or digital marketing, with a strong track record managing multiple programs, markets or accounts. You are highly analytical, comfortable interpreting complex performance data and building frameworks that drive smarter decisions. You thrive working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and have the stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
