Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Group Payroll Manager, you will support the implementation and adoption of Employment Hero across a large multi-site workforce. Your focus will be on ensuring employee and payroll data is accurately migrated, validated and maintained, while supporting stakeholders through the transition to the new platform. Day-to-day, you'll assist with payroll administration, systems testing, issue resolution and user support activities.

This project-focused position will play an important role in ensuring the successful rollout of Employment Hero across the organisation. You will work closely with payroll, HR and operational stakeholders to identify challenges, provide solutions and ensure payroll processes remain compliant and efficient throughout the implementation. Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of Employment Hero across multiple locations
• Assist with payroll and employee data migration activities
• Validate payroll data and conduct system testing to ensure accuracy
• Provide support and guidance to end users during the transition period
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related system issues
• Maintain payroll compliance throughout the implementation process
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth rollout
• Assist with payroll processing and administration where required
• Identify process improvements and support system optimisation initiatives
• Provide regular project updates and feedback to the Group Payroll Manager

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced Payroll Officer who has worked extensively with Employment Hero and ideally been involved in a payroll system implementation, upgrade or rollout project. You have a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and are comfortable navigating system changes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Your ability to quickly understand business requirements and adapt to a changing environment will see you thrive in this opportunity.

You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across various levels of a business. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you are capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outcomes. You will be available to commence on 3 August and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.
