The Opportunity

As Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead a team of experienced analysts and BI professionals responsible for delivering critical management information, performance reporting, and actionable business insights.

You will play a key leadership role across the organisation by:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing Data & Analytics team.
• Owning enterprise reporting, dashboards, data models, and self-service BI capabilities.
• Delivering strategic insights across sales, distribution, broker performance, product management, credit risk, customer outcomes, and profitability.
• Partnering with executive leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive business performance.
• Championing data-led decision making across the organisation.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for analytics and reporting across key business initiatives, projects, and transformation programs.
• Driving continuous improvement in data quality, governance, reporting capability, and analytical maturity.

• Experience within financial services, lending, banking, or mortgage environments.
