Role Overview
Reporting to the Global Head of Performance & Reward, this role is a trusted advisor and delivery lead, translating business strategy into practical, data-led performance and reward solutions across the organisation. The successful candidate will move confidently between detailed analysis and enterprise-level thinking, working across reward strategy, executive and employee remuneration, incentive design and delivery, governance, analytics and global mobility.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver group-wide remuneration cycles, including the annual remuneration review, short-term and long-term incentive programs
- Support incentive design, modelling, target-setting and performance outcomes, partnering closely with finance, tax and legal teams
- Draft and maintain remuneration and performance policies, frameworks and governance documentation across jurisdictions
- Support preparation of remuneration committee and board papers, annual report disclosures and supporting analysis
- Build and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards to turn remuneration, incentive and benchmarking data into clear insights
- Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis and drafting, with appropriate validation and oversight
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on reward policies and programs, managing external advisers and survey providers
- Manage and advise on international mobility assignments, including remuneration, tax, relocation and governance considerations
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in performance and reward, people analytics or a related field, with sound foundations in remuneration concepts and genuine curiosity to build broader expertise in a complex, multinational organisation. Strong analytical and digital capability is essential, including advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI and AI tools. The ideal candidate is highly organised and dependable, able to create structure from ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver time-sensitive work to a high standard. A curious, collaborative and growth-oriented mindset is essential, alongside strong communication skills and a willingness to seek feedback and take on increasing ownership over time.
