Role Overview
Our client is a global complex enterprise business. Its Enterprise Services team partners with C-suite customers and national buying groups to secure sustainable, profitable contracts and drive long-term share growth. Reporting to the Accounts Director, this is a senior commercial leadership role where customer agreements, financial modelling and performance management come together.You will lead strategic business planning for the Enterprise Accounts Commercial team across ANZ, including building the AOP, setting targets and cascading them to territories. You will own the commercial and financial management of complex customer rebate and pricing agreements, sitting on the account management team for the business’s largest and most critical customer group, with responsibility for all contract and performance reporting. This is a customer-facing role. You will build relationships with Finance and Procurement leads across key customer groups, run QBRs, architect deal proposals for C-suite audiences and report to the Executive Leadership team. Your insight will grow share of wallet, reduce price erosion and make the business easier to do business with, while your leadership builds capability across the Enterprise Accounts analyst team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ANZ Enterprise Accounts commercial strategy and AOP/budget build across multiple business units, setting and cascading territory targets
- Manage complex customer rebate and pricing agreements, including agreement KPIs, tracking and customer reporting
- Own all contract and performance reporting for the largest strategic customer account and lead the analytics relationship with other corporate buying groups
- Build financial models, ROI analysis and scenario/stress testing to support deal proposals, pricing offers and business cases
- Analyse sales and market share data to identify growth opportunities in strategic and private accounts
- Establish KPIs, scorecards, forecasting and a business review cadence across customer, contract and team performance
- Lead the development, reporting and tracking of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs)
- Manage customer deliverables and QBRs, and present to existing and prospective customers
- Develop Power BI dashboards and manage data flows into commercial and share reporting
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Analysts, building structure, process and capability
Candidate Profile
You bring a tertiary qualification in Business, Economics or Finance/Accounting and a strong track record in senior commercial finance. Critically, you have managed complex customer rebate and pricing agreements, including agreement KPIs, tracking and customer reporting, within a complex matrix organisation. Healthcare sector exposure would be highly regarded but is not essential.
You are a strong commercial modeller, comfortable with ROI, scenario modelling and market share analysis, and you turn complex data into clear commercial insight. You have led AOP and budget development across multiple business units, cascaded targets to territories and built SIP reporting and tracking. You have set and managed KPIs, scorecards and forecasting, and established a disciplined business review cadence. Advanced Excel and Power BI capability is essential.
Above all, you combine strategic thinking with a willingness to get into the detail. You have the commercial judgement and confidence to challenge assumptions, the credibility to engage senior customers and stakeholders, and the influence to work across Commercial, Finance, Analytics and Sales. You are a proactive leader who builds structure and capability, and you thrive in a changing matrix environment with evolving priorities.
