Duration: 6 months +

Role Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be central to a complex ERP transformation, engaging with multiple teams to refine and enhance business processes. You will conduct detailed analysis to inform ERP design decisions and facilitate workshops to collect feedback and drive alignment among key stakeholders. Daily tasks will involve overseeing configuration progress and preparing documentation to ensure smooth communication among departments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential risks early on and guiding the project to navigate challenges effectively. Your insights will help shape the ERP system's design, contributing to a solution that will have a lasting impact across the business. You'll support testing phases, assist in training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for ERP implementation.
  • Lead gap analysis and design specifications for an optimised ERP solution.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster agreement among various business units.
  • Design ERP configurations that align with strategic objectives.
  • Track project milestones and report progress to senior management.
  • Provide guidance during UAT to ensure all issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Create user guides and deliver training sessions for the end-user community.
  • Ensure smooth data migration and support post-implementation integration efforts.

Candidate Profile

You are a proactive and experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in ERP projects, ideally within Dynamics 365 F&O (D365 F&O), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or SAP S/4HANA. Your ability to analyse complex business processes is matched by your skill in communicating with both technical and non-technical teams. A knack for facilitating consensus among diverse groups makes you a natural fit for a role that requires cross-functional collaboration.

You have a passion for transforming business operations and thrive in a project-driven environment. Familiarity with leading workshops and creating detailed documentation is essential, as is your experience in managing risks and proposing solutions that balance technical feasibility and business needs.

Ideally you will be situated in Sydney, however we are interested in reviewing profiles from interstate also from those open to FIFO work arrangements.
