Role Overview:

As a D365 F&O Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical consultants and finance stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring smooth testing and training phases.

This role is central to a high-stakes digital transformation project, aimed at consolidating legacy systems into a robust and scalable ERP solution. You'll have the chance to shape key business outcomes, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and efficient solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to model current and future finance-related processes
  • Define, document, and validate business requirements for D365 F&O ERP implementation
  • Facilitate workshops to gather input from Finance and Supply Chain teams
  • Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into D365 F&O ERP configurations
  • Oversee and conduct system testing, UAT, and integration activities
  • Deliver training sessions for users to support a smooth transition to D365 F&O
  • Monitor project risks and proactively address potential roadblocks
  • Support data migration and post-go-live activities

Candidate Profile:

You bring a wealth of experience in ERP implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. A strong background in financial processes and requirements gathering is essential. You excel in building relationships with stakeholders and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Your technical understanding of ERP systems and integration processes ensures you can communicate effectively with both business and IT teams. With a problem-solving mindset, you're ready to tackle challenges and deliver outcomes in a transparent, no-nonsense work culture.
