Role Overview

Reporting to an experienced Tenders Manager, you will be part of a much larger Tenders team, this position sits between senior management and the specialist team. 
You’ll oversee 2 x Contracts Specialists, ensuring compliance, reviewing agreements, and supporting the business with contract-related queries. 
This role is heavily involved in contract review & contract management, supporting the team where needed and liaising with all internal and external stakeholders. 
There is an exciting project about to launch this year to enhance the company’s contract review processes, which you will be involved with. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the day-to-day contract management process for hospitals and enterprise agreements
  • Review existing and upcoming contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives
  • Act as the go-to expert for contract-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Legal on contract approvals, variations, and risk assessment
  • Support and mentor two Contracts Specialists, guiding them on best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a high-impact contract review project
  • Ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and senior leadership

Candidate Profile 

You’re someone who thrives in contract management, understands commercial agreements, and can confidently review and advise on contracts without needing a legal degree. 

  • Experience in contract management within healthcare, medical devices, or a similar regulated industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, dealing with enterprise agreements and private hospital groups
  • Ability to review and interpret commercial contracts, working closely with legal teams
  • Strong communication skills, liaising with internal teams, sales reps, and clients directly
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team (formal management experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Comfortable handling administrative contract processes while being involved in strategic projects
  • Experience with Microsoft tools, pricing systems, and CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
