Role Overview
Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial analysis and operational recommendations to support the senior leadership and management teams. This role also collaborates closely with the Global FP&A Director to implement standardised management reporting across board. The FP&A Analyst will be instrumental in developing pricing frameworks, driving financial planning processes including budgets and forecasts, and enhancing decision-making through insightful reporting. Success in this role depends on strong rapport-building abilities and the capacity to influence internal stakeholders with robust analytical insights.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports summarising operating results
  • Collaborate with the Global FP&A Director to implement standardised reporting packs across board.
  • Assist senior management in coordinating and preparing annual budgets, 12-month rolling forecasts, and strategic plans
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet results
  • Develop and oversee an accurate and effective customer pricing framework
  • Create consistent Excel-based pricing tools to support decision-making on customer profitability and financial returns
  • Provide operational recommendations based on financial analysis to the senior leadership
  • Build strong internal relationships and influence management decision-making through analytical insights

 

Candidate Profile
You bring a strong background in analysis and reporting within a large organisational setting. You hold, or are actively pursuing, a CPA or CA qualification. Your experience spans complex, multinational environments where you've developed advanced management reporting skills. You have strong analytical mindset, practical problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. With a confident and engaging communication style, you excel at influencing stakeholders and challenging business assumptions constructively. Your expertise includes end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, and exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle is considered a valuable asset.
