Role Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, ensuring timely processing and accuracy across invoice management, vendor communication, and payment cycles. The role requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to work confidently within Dynamics 365.
You will also support financial reporting, resolve AP queries, reconcile accounts, and contribute to month-end metrics and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
•    Act as primary contact for vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries
•    Prioritise tasks to meet daily and weekly deadlines
•    Identify potential risks and communicate promptly to the team
•    Maintain accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures
•    Support risk management activities relevant to the AP function
•    Resolve outstanding AP issues and discrepancies
•    Maintain Vendor Ledgers and ensure timely invoice processing
•    Reconcile supplier statements and support month-end close
•    Manage vendor documentation and maintain accurate records
•    Provide payment forecasts and address AP-related queries promptly

Candidate Profile
You bring strong problem-solving ability, excellent organisation, and the capacity to prioritise effectively. You are confident with Accounts Payable processes, general accounting principles, and have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience required:
•    3–4+ years in Accounts Payable (shared services desirable)
•    Essential experience with Dynamics 365
•    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
