Role Overview
On a monthly basis, you will review campaign performance, optimise workflows, and ensure HubSpot drives measurable results. Weekly, you will collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing activity with pipeline goals. Daily, you will execute HubSpot campaigns, manage multi-channel content, monitor reporting dashboards, and maintain email deliverability across all programs.
This role gives you the opportunity to shape and scale the marketing function within a growing tech business. You will implement advanced workflows, apply AI and automation tools, and optimise lead nurturing to directly influence pipeline and revenue outcomes. Your work will drive measurable impact across campaigns, reporting, and multi-channel marketing, while providing strategic insights to leadership and contributing to broader business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute HubSpot campaigns, automation, workflows, and reporting from start to finish
- Ensure email deliverability, managing bounced emails, sender reputation, and suppression lists
- Create and optimise multi-channel marketing content across digital, Adobe, social media, and website channels
- Optimise lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales
- Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve results
- Document processes and workflows to ensure scalability and consistency
- Collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing strategy with business goals
Candidate Profile
- Three to five years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with strong knowledge of workflows, automation, and reporting
- B2B or technology marketing background, comfortable taking full ownership of the marketing function
- Hands-on, proactive, and accountable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in Adobe, WordPress, and multi-channel content execution
- Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to optimise campaigns for measurable results
