Role Overview

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth. On a daily basis, you will engage with customers to identify opportunities and close deals, ensuring targets are met. Weekly, you will collaborate with the sales team to review progress, analyse results, and adjust strategies. Monthly, you will report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives and regional goals.

In this role, you will directly impact the growth and success of the business by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, while working closely with the Sales Manager to refine strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving success and making a measurable impact on the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured calling plan to generate new business
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting and research
  • Drive new business while expanding existing accounts
  • Deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and pain points
  • Use consultative questioning to uncover challenges and provide solutions

 

Candidate Profile

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in business development or a similar sales role
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build a pipeline
  • Experience managing the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
