This newly created position sits within a high-performing commercial finance team and has been created to support a growing portfolio of projects and investment initiatives. The role is focused on financial modelling, feasibility analysis and commercial decision support, providing critical insights to support complex business decisions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess opportunities, evaluate commercial outcomes and contribute to decisions that shape future investment and development activity. Beyond the core responsibilities, there is also an opportunity to influence how information is used across the organisation, with growing demand for improved reporting, analysis and decision support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review complex financial and feasibility models
• Provide commercial analysis to support investment and strategic decisions
• Support investment evaluation activities across a diverse portfolio of assets and projects
• Assess opportunities, risks and potential commercial outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support
• Analyse project performance and key commercial drivers
• Support business cases, investment proposals and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to reporting, analysis and continuous improvement activities

Candidate Profile

• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support decision making
• Experience providing commercial analysis, feasibility assessments or investment analysis
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
• Property, development, infrastructure or project-based experience will be highly regarded
• Power BI capability will be viewed favourably
