This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and works closely with key stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Operations, and Senior Leadership.

As a Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will collaborate with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights that support commercial decision-making and drive business performance.

The role involves partnering with sales teams to analyse revenue, margins, and performance trends, while also working with operations to monitor costs, improve efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, the position will translate financial data into clear insights, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and help ensure the business achieves its financial and operational objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
