Hourly Rate: $70-$75 per hour + Super
Role Highlights:
Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance. Led budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to improve financial visibility and drive commercial outcomes.
This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and works closely with key stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
As a Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will collaborate with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights that support commercial decision-making and drive business performance.
The role involves partnering with sales teams to analyse revenue, margins, and performance trends, while also working with operations to monitor costs, improve efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, the position will translate financial data into clear insights, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and help ensure the business achieves its financial and operational objectives.
Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales, Operations, and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including variance analysis and performance commentary.

Analyse revenue, margins, and cost drivers to identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Act as a trusted finance advisor to the business, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
They will be commercially minded and able to translate financial data into clear, practical insights that support business decision-making. A proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, along with the curiosity to understand key business drivers and identify opportunities for improvement. The individual will be confident in influencing and challenging stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative and supportive working style, and will demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
