Responsibilities

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining product listings and content on the e-commerce platform. Including adding new products, updating existing product information, ensuring accurate pricing and availability, and managing product images and descriptions.
  • Organize and categorize products to optimize the customer shopping experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of content on the website. Conducting regular audits to check for errors, broken links, and inconsistencies. Continually review SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and search rankings.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address any issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to improve website content, merchandising and outbound digital marketing activities.
  • Report on Weekly trade performance and liaise with the stock merchandise team.

 

Candidate Profile

For those looking to take on this opportunity as an Ecommerce Content Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics (GA and social media analytics)
  • Passion for developing the online consumer experience.

  • Great communicator and team player
