Role Overview
Reporting to the head of finance, this Financial Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of month-end including financial and management reports. This Financial Accountant will interact with the wider business allowing them to expand their skills and be highly visible whilst utilising their communication skills to develop their business partnering expertise.

You will take ownership of cashflow reporting, balance sheet reconciliation and oversee the transactional function. You will also be the key contact and drive all audit activity to ensure effective controls are in place.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and driving of month-end financial reports.  
• Preparation of cashflow forecasting and forecasting for key cost centres
• Ensure the balance sheet is fully reconciled with all supporting material
• Preparation and delivery of monthly management reports.
• Assisting with audit preparations
• Overseeing the transactional team
• Support the head of finance in process improvement across operations and finance.
• Partner with a range of stakeholders including operations

Candidate Profile
You are a highly energetic degree-qualified Accountant who is proactive and a problem solver eager to develop your manufacturing understanding. You are  CA/CPA qualified with strong Excel skills. Ideally with a background in FMCG or Manufacturing.  You have exceptional and highly engaging communication with a drive to develop and learn in a fast-paced environment.
