Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing service requests, orders, scheduling and performance reporting. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the company strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will be actively involved in motivating and engaging the team, with a strong emphasis on quality. This role requires effective communication skills and able to adapt quickly.
This role would be ideal for someone with a customer service background and mindset, that is looking to work collaboratively within a supportive team. You will be contributing to the customer experience, thus the growth and development of the business.
Responsibilities
- Receive service requests from the sales team, assess the service requirements, and communicate with sales and customers for any necessary clarifications.
- Ordering and stock management.
- Plan and manage the daily work schedules.
- Collect service reports and inform the Manager of any reported performance issues from customers or sales.
- Consolidate and book, and hand over documentation to Manager for final invoicing.
- Issue and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate and plan all technical training required based on the specifications provided by the Manager.
- Monitor and update monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain all relevant data across various systems.
