Role Overview
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this Administration Officer will be supporting the team with office management and administrative tasks. On a daily basis, you will be providing office support tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems and ordering supplies. In addition to this, you will be responsible for tasks such as marketing collateral printing, banner courriers and trade expos ordering. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments, in support to the overall team’s systems and processes.  

This role will give you the opportunity to support a high-performing and dynamic team in building a scalable business. You will be contributing to the maintenance of the office and process improvement in a professional services industry. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Provide support for office management tasks, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Support financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency.


Candidate Profile 
You are highly energetic and quick in your thinking, wishing to be in a supportive role driving performance for a business. Ideally coming out of a receptionist or administrative role for 4-5 years, you will have exposure to a corporate office structure. With exceptional communication and written skills, you will have high-attention to detail, a passion for continuous improvement and helping others.
