Responsibilities
Reporting to the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and driving campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, email, and content marketing
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals
- Analyse campaign performance, optimise strategies, and use insights to inform future
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximise ROI
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals
- Maintain and update marketing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in strategic marketing, with at least 3 years of managerial experience. You will be a creative thinker, adept at analysing data to improve campaign outcomes and marketing performance. You will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Adobe design skills and leadership courses are highly regarded, though not essential.
