Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Product, Australia, the Digital Marketing Manager oversees the optimisation of the company's websites and SEO/SEM strategies, ensuring they reflect current industry standards, support seamless user experiences, and implement strategies to strengthen paid and organic traffic, generate leads, and maximise ROI.

The Digital Marketing Manager also manages the Digital Media Agency partnership, ensuring collaboration drives successful marketing outcomes and supports broader business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify and evaluate new lead generation channels and tactics to expand the reach and effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Creating and maintaining strategy, content and images for each website, portals, digital asset libraries delivering high SEO results & leads. Manage the budget & agency relationships for all web assets.Oversee the creation, and optimisation of content across digital platforms including website, social media, and email newsletters to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Support research in the digital and social sphere and distribute amongst broader marketing team to encourage understanding and build best practice integrated campaigns.

 

Performance

  • Partner and engage with digital media agency to develop and execute lead acquisition strategy across all digital channels (SEM, SEO, video, display and social)  to meet business targets
  • Manage the SEM & SEO strategy, budget & agency & implementation to deliver quality and efficient leads.
  • Brief agency and ensure timelines and costs are adhered to
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including optimisation of website structure to ensure functionality/user experience, code, sitemaps, page speed and performance.
  • Proactively implement test & learn strategies to improve user experience and acquisition metrics
  • Maximise potential of customer interactions in digital environment across all brands/channels.
  • Analyse and identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize acquisition campaigns.
  • Developing consumer database initiatives & database marketing initiatives in conjunction with the Marketing Automation Specialist.
  • Manage and optimise online advertising budgets to maximise ROI and achieve acquisition targets.

Regularly report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with content and design individuals to ensure that content is optimised for search engines and aligned with SEO strategies
  • Analyse and identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to foster innovative digital solutions and execute key marketing strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate website activities, deadlines, and dissemination of information to key stakeholders.
  • Compile and distribute digital analytics including Google Analytics reports and DOMO Analytics
  • Manage agency WIPs - disseminate marketing performance information and manage any roadblocks with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Dealers Network Support

  • Approving and assisting with dealers regarding their brand provided website
  • Maximise potential of lead generation for dealer network Australia wide.
  • Ensuring leads are driven to customers from their websites and to ensure any lead bugs are fixed within 24 hours.
  • Administrator accountability for brand digital requirements, including but not limited management of Microsoft Azure and Apple Enterprise Developer licenses.

 

Candidate Profile

You are a strategic digital marketing expert with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the interior design or B2B dealer networks. Data-driven and highly analytical, you excel with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, and bring advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM, Meta, Wix, and CMS platforms like Kentico.

Your expertise spans campaign management, segmentation, and lead generation, with a proven record in managing budgets and digital agency partnerships. With 2-3 years of team leadership experience, you manage projects seamlessly, communicate insights effectively, and build collaborative relationships across all levels. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, adding creative flair to your strategic abilities.
