Role Overview
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be joining a large team and reporting to one of the Credit Team Leads. You will be responsible for uploading and sending invoices to suppliers and onboarding new/ maintaining existing accounts, manually. You will do this by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your data entry and processes. Your extensive accounts receivable skills, problem solving ability and autonomous nature will see you make this role your own. This is a 6 Month contract role with possible extension. December start, having security within the stop gap market.

Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 600 customers
- Collect and manage overdue accounts
- Send and upload supplier invoices
- Onboard and maintain customer accounts
- Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will attain 5+ years as an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, immediately available for a December start. It is desirable to have experience in automotive & manufacturing or working in a similar industry where you are conformable with high volume, manual end to end AR functions. You have an extensive understanding of Accounts Receivable duties and procedures, end to end and can confidently use multiple manual old systems and attaining intermediate excel. Your precise and accurate data entry skills, problem solving and analytical mind, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly, will ensure your success in this role. This Accounts Receivable Officer takes initiative and will contribute greatly to a high-performing, close-knit team.
