The Program Manager will ensure projects are aligned with the company’s strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution. They will leverage PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required standards. Hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple projects while facilitating cross-functional collaboration is essential. They will establish governance frameworks, manage dependencies, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope, using tools like Monday.com to track progress and mitigate risks.

In collaboration with senior stakeholders, the Program Manager will drive visibility and accountability across multiple workstreams, implementing best practices in program and portfolio management. Strong communication is critical to align stakeholders at all levels, as the candidate must articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Their leadership will help resolve conflicts, keep projects on track, and foster stakeholder buy-in. Responsibilities:

  • Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of Monday.com for program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM, digital solutions, and process improvements
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs, with a proven ability to oversee complex, multi-project portfolios. They will be adept at engaging senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes a strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The candidate will also be skilled at handling multiple projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration. A background in digital transformation, Salesforce CRM integrations, or enterprise-wide change initiatives will be highly regarded.

A strong foundation in program management methodologies, including Prince2, PMP, or Agile frameworks, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment, and resource allocation at a program level.
