Role Highlights: 
This newly created Finance Manager role will see you lead the financial accounting function, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and ensure efficient financial operations, making a significant impact on the business while managing a high-performing team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Manage and support the financial accounting and team including the AP & AR team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership.
  • Support and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

 

Candidate Profile

You are a CA or CPA-qualified finance professional with a strong background in financial accounting and leadership. You have experience overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of financial management.

As a leader, you provide clear direction and support to your team, acting as both a manager and a mentor. You take ownership of the financials, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the integrity of financial processes. With a collaborative and hands-on approach, you build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a high-performing finance function.
