Role Overview 

Reporting to an experienced Manufacturing Leader, you'll start on day shift for training before transitioning onto the Afternoon shift, ensuring a smooth handover and set-up for success. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 40+ staff, across various food production lines, ensuring production goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and shifts to ensure seamless operations.
• Plan and schedule tasks, keeping your team organized and informed.
• Take a hands-on approach to resolving issues and supporting your team on the floor.

Candidate Profile 

You're an experienced production team leader, supervisor or manager with a background in FMCG manufacturing looking for the next opportunity.

You’re ready for the challenge of owning the afternoon shift, fostering team growth, and contributing to a business that values its people.

We're looking for someone who:

• Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality, and safety standards in a food manufacturing environment.

• Communication skills that enable effective delegation and teamwork.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment
