Salary Package: Salary on offer $80k + Super + 5% Bonus

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who brings confidence, urgency, and structure to their work. You will reporting to the Credit Manager and managing daily collections activity, engaging directly with customers to resolve outstanding accounts, and ensuring timelines are met. You will need strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, to perform effectively and add value in this role.

The environment is fast-moving and hands-on, so we are looking for someone who's not only reliable and detail-oriented but also comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. Being onsite 5 days a week ensures you are fully embedded in the team and have direct access to the support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate debt records
• Contact customers via phone and email to manage collections and recoveries
• Process payments and reconcile outstanding accounts
• Update customer records and maintain the Customer Master file
• Generate and send customer statements
• Handle credit card transactions and EFTPOS banking
• Manage refund requests via the internal Dashboard
• Report dispute statuses to the Credit Manager
• Review high-risk accounts and assess credit terms in line with policy
• Refer overdue debts to external collection agencies when needed
