This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven not-for-profit leading a nationally recognised program with real impact. Reporting to the CEO, you will take responsibility for providing high quality executive assistance to the CEO, support teams day-to-day activities, plan large scale annual events and summits.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government departments and external stakeholders on CEO’s behalf.
  • Support with organisations administrative tasks, such as flights, IT setup, staff attendance.
  • Organise events and manage the venues, invitations, catering and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate team-building exercises
  • Plan any hot-desk movement and office management including supplies
  • Support budget and assist accounts team
  • Manage portal access, documents, permissions
  • Develop training for document access

Candidate Profile

The right person for this job will have to outstanding communication and listening skills in order to liaise with the CEO and leadership team. They must be able to deliver on highlighted project, and gain an understanding the inner workings of the organization in time. What matters most will be their organizational skills – being able to keep up with a fast paced work environment that has direct real-world impact. Coordinating with various stakeholders both internally and externally will be crucial in this role. Someone who has experience with the day-today operations and large scale corporate events would be a bonus for this position
