About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role offers a rare opportunity for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and administrative support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex schedules, coordinating key business activities, and serving as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and organisational capability, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and confidential document handling.
- Prepare and manage executive reports, presentations, and board materials in collaboration with senior leaders and functional teams.
- Liaise effectively with the Board of Directors, investors, and key business partners to facilitate seamless communication and meeting coordination.
- Drive the efficiency of the CEO's office through proactive planning, prioritisation, and workflow optimisation.
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and corporate events.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all matters.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA supporting a CEO or C-suite executive, ideally within a listed or multinational organisation.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate governance, investor relations, and board processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence and reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Discretion, resilience, and a polished professional presence.
