Location: St Marys, Western Sydney   
Salary/Wages: $33 - $36 Per Hour (Perm) + Daily Overtime + Super

Role Overview

I’ve partnered with a local manufacturer with a busy production site in St Marys. They’re looking for a reliable, switched-on Storeperson / forklift driver to take ownership of the warehouse and support daily operations across goods receipting, stock control, and forklift duties.
You’ll work closely with machine operators, loaders, and the logistics team - keeping materials moving and the warehouse running efficiently. It’s hands-on, practical work in a close-knit team where no two days are the same.

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders and dockets
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Move stock safely between production areas and warehouse
• Keep warehouse clean, organised, and well stocked
• Complete daily cycle counts and assists with stocktakes
• Support machine operators with materials and parts
• Tag and record non-conforming stock where needed
• Uphold site safety standards at all times

Candidate Profile 

You’re experienced in warehousing, are safety-conscious, and take pride in doing the job right. You don’t mind a bit of overtime, like to stay busy, and value working for a company that looks after its people. 

You’ll bring:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Demonstrated experience as a Storeperson, Yardperson, Forklift Driver or similar, from a warehousing or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication & a good team player
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliability and a solid work ethic
• Basic computer skills (emails, scanning, MS Office)

Truck licence or gantry crane experience would be a bonus but not essential.

This would suit someone who wants to take charge and own the warehouse function, whilst supporting and working alongside the production & logistics teams, and the wider business.

• Full-time permanent role – no casual work!
• Normal Shift: Monday to Friday. 630am-430pm (Daily Overtime) + additional overtime available on weekends
• You will have a hand-over from the current storeperson who is moving into a new role within the team

• Perm Wage: $33 - $36 per hour + Daily OT + Super  (take home on average $1400++ weekly)
