Role Overview

I’ve partnered with a well-established manufacturing business based in St Marys. They’re looking for a switched-on Receptionist  to join their growing team.You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, while managing data entry, production paperwork and general administration tasks. It’s busy, varied work – perfect for someone who enjoys structure, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in keeping everything on track.

Key Duties Include:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as required.
  • Greet customers and suppliers with a warm, professional manner.
  • Print and organize production tags and schedules.
  • Input and update data accurately across production and order systems.
  • Process EFTPOS payments and handle customer purchase orders.
  • Manage and scan client paperwork, ensuring all files are correctly saved.
  • Assist with customer quotes and liaise with transport providers for delivery dockets.
  • Keep reception and office areas tidy, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Perform general office tasks, including mail distribution, stock orders, and maintaining storeroom cleanliness.

 We're looking for someone with:

  •  Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  •  Confidence juggling multiple priorities at once.
  • A positive, proactive attitude – you like to stay busy.
  •  Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  •  Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc
  •  A driver’s licence and reliable transport (no public transport nearby)
