Salary Package: $75k – $85k + Super + Company Car + Uncapped Commission

Role Overview
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll manage daily prospecting, weekly performance reviews with the team, and monthly reporting to track results and pipeline growth. Your success will have a direct impact on business performance and your own earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Execute a structured calling plan to generate new business
- Identify and research target clients to build a strong sales pipeline
- Win new business and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Deliver clear, tailored presentations that address customer needs
- Ask smart questions to uncover challenges and position solutions
- Convert leads into customers by demonstrating value
- Actively listen, adapt, and identify additional sales opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
