This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp and ambitious Senior Commercial Analyst eager to broaden their expertise in a company that prioritises professional growth and development. 
This role will require Excel modelling and the ability to operate in an unstructured environment setting up new functions and processes while business partnering across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate pricing models, identify inefficiencies, and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
  • Prepare commercial finance documentation and collaborate with teams to support strategy execution.
  • Enhance sales processes and data accuracy, assign contract-related tasks, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse sales data, financial reports, and market trends. Prepare reports, monitor pricing strategies, and support contract negotiations and business case development.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, recommend pricing adjustments, and track deal performance.
  • Maintain customer pipeline reporting, including KPIs by account manager and channel.
  • Prepare weekly insights and templates for the Business Development team and ELT presentations.
  • Oversee SOX compliance for supplier and customer rate management, approve supplier terms, and assist in resolving customer debt matters.

Candidate Profile 
You are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with background in finance and a passion for commercial insights and data-driven decision-making. With 2–4 years of experience in commercial analysis, pricing, or customer profitability, you have a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support sales, operations, and leadership teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a results-focused mindset.
You are confident in managing and analysing large datasets to optimise pricing, contracts, and operational efficiency. Your ability to collaborate across teams, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business priorities sets you apart. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you build strong working relationships and effectively convey insights to key stakeholders. Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement ensure your success in driving commercial performance and growth.
A CPA/CA/CIMA qualification is highly desired.
