Role Highlights
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role is responsible for the delivery of financial reporting across a multi-entity environment. You will lead month-end processes, management reporting and audit coordination, while supporting improvements in controls, processes and reporting quality.

This is a hands-on role with clear accountability for reporting outputs, requiring a balance of technical capability and leadership across the team.

Responsibilities
• Lead monthly management reporting, board reporting and supporting analysis
• Coordinate audit requirements and act as the key point of contact for auditors
• Support statutory reporting processes in collaboration with the broader finance team
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, controls and data integrity
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Strengthen financial governance and compliance frameworks
• Lead, coach and develop team members within the reporting function
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting cycles and systems

Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong technical capability across financial reporting and accounting
• Experience managing audits and operating within structured reporting environments
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members
• Ability to drive accountability and maintain high standards across deliverables

You are likely operating at Financial Reporting Manager or Finance Manager level, with experience leading a team and taking ownership of reporting outcomes.

You will bring a hands-on, practical approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across a broader finance function.
